  A job marketplace for people who work while they travel — an app for both sides of the hire, a web portal, and an admin surface behind it.

  Four production surfaces on one backend: the Flutter app, the Node API, the React portal and the admin panel, plus the AWS infrastructure under them. All of it mine — architecture, implementation, deployment, and running it day to day. It's the client's product, so the internals stay theirs.

  A business management system, not just a CRM. Stock, orders, customers, suppliers and money — and several organizations under one login, each with its own team and permissions.

  It also runs hospitality: hostels and short-stay rentals get rooms, calendars and reservations, plus a public storefront where guests book directly. Availability is live and double bookings are blocked in the database, not in the UI.

  A treasury and procurement system. The approval flow runs four stages with different people allowed to act at each one, so I built it as a state machine instead of a pile of booleans. DocuSign for signatures. Around 49 commits in two days, and it held.

  An online perfume shop for Morocco. People can try expensive perfumes with small 5ml/10ml samples before buying a full bottle, with delivery anywhere in the country and cash on delivery. There is a quiz that helps you find a scent you will like, and checkout happens on WhatsApp.

Self-hosted inference, embeddings and pgvector — models that run on the client’s own hardware, no external API. Air-gapped and on-premise deployment: offline package transfer, Linux, systemd, Nginx, VPN and MFA, environments I build and hand over. Backend in Go and Node/TypeScript, on PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Mobile in Flutter and native Android.
